Eric Leclerc has been with Thales working on GaAs LEC monocrystal growth and defects influence on transistors for his PhD.
He joined United Monolithic Semiconductors (UMS) at creation in 1996 to work on new III-V power device development, characterization, and non-linear modelling. He is presently the Field Marketing manager within the UMS organization mainly for Defence, Space, Medical applications, and also Foundry.
Prior to his current role, he was the UMS foundry service manager for several years.
Born in France, Eric Leclerc obtained a research degree in physics in 1984 and a diploma in solid-state physics in 1985 at Paris XI University (Orsay-France).
