Having co-founded GaN-on-Si pioneers AZZURRO Semiconductors in 2003 and ALLOS Semiconductors in 2014 Alexander Loesing has gained two decades of experience in the compound semiconductor industry. After selling its power semiconductor and RF businesses in 2020 ALLOS Semiconductors focusses on its proprietary and patented 200 mm and 300 mm GaN-on-Si epiwafer technology for micro LED applications. As CMO of ALLOS Alexander works with customers and partners globally to realize ALLOS’ vision of high yield and low unit cost volume production of micro LEDs using existing silicon semiconductor fabs.
