Mark Vermeulen is an Applications Scientist in the Bruker Nano Surfaces and Metrology Unit. His responsibilities include applications support and pre- and post-installation customer support. Mark Vermeulen has a PhD in Nuclear Physics from the University of York, moving to the X-ray metrology field in 2019, now having five years of experience in the industry. The last three years have had a focus on tool testing and tool-to-tool Matching (TTTM).
